Account Not Found

Hello,

We have a member who cannot access her account. Her Contact number is 5512.

She has a free, paid membership, and she is showing as being Active as a Member, and her membership is showing Active. She has only signed in using the current email address we have on file for her, and she has never signed in with any other email address.

Can you please re-activate or re-set her account so that she can log in?
