Can I adjust the item on the products page to reflect the shipping cost I want to charge?

I want to set up the shipping for only Essential Oils with free shipping.

When I did my testing on orders it seems the shipping cost was more than I would be charging.

How do I adjust the weight to reflect the actual shipping cost?
