email tag lists
Love Tommie's new email marketing content. Just read your most recent blog https://www.allprowebtools.com/5-Tricks ... Campaigns/ and curious how within the AllProWebTools console we can accomplish what you talk about with regards to creating "cold tag lists" and "most engaged tag lists"? Click on all the links in the blog but could not find a how to create these lists...please help.

This video shows (at 1:25) how to create new tags based on how people respond to your previous emails sent:

Re: email tag lists
Ok great this is very helpful! So a few follow up questions....we want to create a tag with our most engaged customers from say the last 6 months. If I understand the video correctly we would have to "preview" each email we've sent in the last six months and then click the tag icon to tag all the contacts who opened the email. Then we would have to create a master tag "Most Engaged" and then we would have to merge each individual tag that we created from the 6 months into the "most Engaged" tag which would then contain a master list of all contacts who had opened an email in the last 6 months, is this correct?
What if contacts are in multiple individual tags and we merge them in to the master "Most Engaged" tag, is it going to add the same contact multiple times to the same tag?

Re: email tag lists
The process you have described is correct and the system will not allow the same person to be duplicated inside a merged tag. - AllPro Provider
