Website Not Mobile-Friendly

Our website does not seem to be compatible with mobile devices. Does our website need a mobile platform in order to make this mobile-friendly? Thanks for any information you can provide.

You are using a custom theme that was created by Geff Gilligan in 2015. It would appear that Geff Gilligan created your custom them with some incompatibilities with mobile responsive design.

The theme that you are using was not created by AllProWebTools and we can not provide support for a custom theme. Geff Gilligan or a web developer familiar with HTML and CSS would be the most appropriate person to assist you with adjusting your current theme.

We also want to change our web pages to be Word Press, which I don't believe the pages are Word Press right now. With this custom template, are we able to convert these pages to Word Press with the help of a software person?
