Security clearance levels

Where can I find detailed info on the 9 different security clearance levels in the AllProWebTools system and what a user would have access to at each level 2 through 9? The back end just says 9 is the lowest and 2 the highest but what exactly does this mean and what can the user access/not access at each level. I did a google search for AllProWebTools and 9 security clearance levels but can find no info....please help.
