Google Search Console unable to read sitemap

Google search console is unable to read our sitemap on the last attempt of June 30 2022. It is having an error code HTTP Error: 403....apparently our sitemap is not being presented at the specified address that is not blocked to Google. Please advise how we check this....

Yes we confirmed that with Chopper last Friday when we did a screenshare with him. We are waiting for him to get back to us as google is saying that the url is being blocked to google. We contacted google and they told us we need to contact our web host as the url is blocked. Chopper thought he had found a coding issue or something that was causing the sitemap to be blocked and he said we would receive a reply here in the forum, any update on this?

When I clicked on the link, I am able to see the sitemap.

Can you see the same information when you click the link?

Yes you can see it and we can see it, that is not the problem. I spoke with our Google account manager with google and they advised that Google is being blocked from our sitemap address at https://realnoni.com/sitemap.xml
Google advised that they cannot fix the issue with the block and they we needed to contact our web host, our web host is AllProWebTools correct?

Please ask Google to provide the list of IPs that should be whitelisted.
