Customer order history

How do we pull historical data specifically order history with full customer profile data for the last year? I am not seeing the ability to do this via the export function for data.

To pull historical data order history with full customer profile, you can following these steps:

1. You can click or search your customer name to go to their CRM record. Once you are there, scroll down until you see the"Workflow Timeline" box, then click on the "$" (Dollar sign) and choose "All".

2. After that, click right anywhere on the page and choose "Print".

You will see your customer full profile here.

And when you scroll down, you will see their order history here.

sorry what exactly would we do with printed copies of a customers order history? These seems like a crazy amount of wasted paper and with most systems being digital printed paper is not going to work. How do we pull a digital file of historical data for order history for all customers who have purchased in the last 1 year?

Can you provide a sample digital file that shows how you would like the data to be presented so we can use as a template for your report?
