Live Support

How do I access the live support? It says I have 30min. but in the body it says 4 mins. remaining! I sent my original question yesterday but haven't gotten a response yet, customer service assistance is needed.

You can access your support account by clicking the "Support" button in your account and then click on "Live support options". You will see the following screen which will tell you when the Support Center will close for today.

If you look under my account it says something about closing in 4 min it has 30 min. time at the top but I can't get access to live screen share. it's been the same way for the last 2 months that I have tried!
