Moving our website

Post by Steve173 »

Aloha!

Aloha someone, Steve and Lola here, we have been trying to reach someone (not sure why this keeps to "someone", we are trying to reach someone) and to contact support via support screenshare and chat for the last few weeks with no luck. We always seem to get the screenshare not available and when we start a chat we are asked to wait for an agent but one never joins the chat. We have rebranded and will be launching a new website mid next week. We will be moving our website and email to a new hosts. We plan to move our DNS away from your nameservers and will no longer use AllProWebTools hosting. We would like to touchbase with you on what procedures we need to complete with you as we would like to have a smooth transition and get on the same page with timing. Please contact us as soon as possible on 808-651-1564. Thank you!

Congratulations on the growth of your business! We are happy to assist in the transition.

It is most common for your new web developer (or new web host) to make all the necessary technical arrangements. We have provided information here to facilitate communication between our tech guys and your tech guys so that everyone can speak tech together: https://www.allprowebtools.com/Tech-Access/

If you have a specific request, feel free to post on the forum or contact our live Chat Support.

When you are ready to cancel your AllProWebTools account, you can follow the instructions here: https://www.allprowebtools.com/Cancellation-Policy/

If you would like to continue to login to your AllProWebTools account after moving your website, your login location will change to https://apwt.realnoni.com/logmein

You will need to create a new DNS entry of CNAME with the value of apwt that points to: apwt.allprowebtools-s1.com so that your AllProWebTools login page will work.

Hi Brad!

We have set the CNAME with the value of apwt that points to: apwt.allprowebtools-s1.com that you requested we add however the link https://apwt.realnoni.com/logmein does not appear to be working. Both our web developer and GoDaddy confirmed this. Please advise so we don't lose access to logging into our AllProWebTools console. Please text Lola on 808-651-1564 what needs to be changed as our website is moving right now so as you informed us we are going to lose access to our dashboard so we are not going to be able to see your reply here. Or you can call me Steve on 808-651-6457
