Hello,
The member profiles that were already in place with photos or logos and bios, no longer have the information in place. It's like all the information has been deleted.
What we are now seeing on the left-hand side is a filter with member numbers and no names.
Again, prior to the new version update, everything was in place.
I have one member who said she can't seem to upload anything, but she brought to my attention the "Filter" with numbers on the side of the screen.
Can we fix this, please or somehow get rid of the filter with the numbers? These numbers mean nothing to someone who is going in and updating their profile.

The records indicate that all of these numered categories were added to your account over a year ago on: 2022-04-18 1:05PM

OK, everything seems to be working now.
My other question is, why is there a new category on the left-hand side, which says" Lead ID?"
When I click on this tab, it brings up two names: Liz Hyatt and Keli Jackel. Why do we need this category and what it is for? Why do only 2 people show up? We do not need this category. We only need the other 3 categories.

You can go ahead and delete the category that you don't want anymore by going to the Settings > Store
Click on the Membership tab and you will see a box named Membership directory (on website) on the right side of the screen.
Here, you can just click X for the category that you want to delete.
