It appears that several people over the last week or so have told me they "unsubscribed" but my system did not "unsubscribe them". they received a subsequent email. I'm wondering if they hit the Unsubscribe button provided by Gmail & Outlook, and it did not register with the AllProWebTools - Mailgun configuration.
When I open emails in my gmail account, it now asks Getting too much email? - then offers two areas to click into.
Is that possible? How can I fix this?

Re: Unsubscribe Feature
I tested your unsubscribe button by sending an email to myself from your account. In the footer of the email, I clicked where it says "To change your email address or to unsubscribe, Click Here."
I was taken to this page where I clicked the "Save Changed" blue button:
I then saw the confirmation that I was unsubscribed:
Next, I looked up my CRM record in your account and I could see the yellow triangle that indicates that I have been unsubscribed. I can also see below in the workflow timeline the exact time when I was unsubscribed.
From the main dashboard of your AllProWebTools account, you can dropdown the filter icon that looks like an envelope and select "Unsubscribes" as shown in this picture:
You will then see all of the recently unsubscribed contacts in the Workflow Timeline:

Re: Unsubscribe Feature
Thanks - I understand that the button works and how it works, my question is around the outlook system unsubscribe button. I believe people are hitting "unsubscribe here"
See attachment. My question for you is that if someone "unsubscribes" from my email in this manner, will it unsubscribe them in the AllProWebTools database? Is it somehow linked to AllProWebTools?
Since we're using a shared domain for sending, I am curious about this.
Thanks,
Jerome

Can you push the unsubscribe button in outlook and provide a screenshot of the resulting screen? - AllPro Provider

When I press "unsubscribe", this is what happens
When I press "manage subscriptions", this is what I get.

Re: Unsubscribe Feature
My concern is that the "unsubscribe" from Jerome Jackson, is not unsubscribing them from AllProWebTools. So my next campaign note goes out to them and I get an email saying " I already unsubscribed".

Re: Unsubscribe Feature
Yes, it does appear that the outlook button only applies locally and does not send any info back to AllProWebTools. You can confirm this by checking your email address in the CRM and look for the yellow triangle as shown here:

Re: Unsubscribe Feature
How can I ensure that people who hit this "unsubscribe" button do not receive the next campaign note? I just sent an email to myself at my own personal email address.
[email protected]
I clicked on "unsubscribe" and it brought up this page after I pressed "ok" (which is the apwt unsubscribe page - not sure why it says [email protected] there).
and it also brought this up at the same time in outlook.
When people hit "unsubscribe" in outlook and then "ok" - I think it should bring them to their own apwt unsubscribe page, where they can easily hit the "unsubscribe me from all" button.
Is there a way to verify that is occurring?

Re: Unsubscribe Feature
To assist you further with this, please submit the message details as shown here:
- Open the email message from Message list
- Inside the email body at the top, you will see options like Reply forward (Not the one at the top menu),
- beside that you will see an overflowing button(...),
- click it and you will see a drop-down menu>
- Choose View> View message details.
- You can see the details of the emails in this window.
You can copy and paste all of the code into this forum. - AllPro Provider

Re: Unsubscribe Feature
When I hit the "view" button, there is no tab to view "message details". I only see "view message source".
When I click on that, it's just a blank box.
