our abandoned cart email is not sending

Our abandoned cart email campaign is not sending out. Looks like since Saturday or Sunday it is not triggering....how do you reinstate this?

Please toggle the status of your campaign to be active by clicking on the switch that is on the right hand side.

what about our "sign up and save today" button that should email customers a welcome email...it does not appear to be active but we are not sure as Dave set it up many years ago....do we also need to toggle on the "Lead box RN" campaign?
