credit card refund

Trying to process a refund and am getting the error message "credit card number is required" but the refund screen does not give any option to input a credit card number...please advise, it's buyer 41145 and order #64714

The last 4 of the card has been updated. Please try the refund again now.

Sorry can you explain where the last 4 of the card needed to be updated? why would the card on the transaction not match the authorize.net transaction?
