PayPal order never generated, payment was processed

Aloha!
Just received a call from buyer 27360 about an order she placed on June 14th and paid via PayPal. I pulled her profile up and the order icon is red and shows no payment has been received. I pulled up our account activity in our PayPal account and sure enough the payment processed on June 14th PayPal Transaction ID: 4R6509212Y218864Y...... Order 45328 is missing the items it just shows an amount owed $70.80...I got the items she ordered from her and they match the total but how do we get the payment from PayPal to reflect on the order so it generates and we can get it shipped? Also how do we fix the glitch that allowed this to happen?

We had this happen again this morning......buyer 34702 placed an order and paid with PayPal. We received the PayPal email notification and I have been checking the notifications verses the orders showing in the console since the last issue

and found that this one is not reflecting as a paid order that is ready to ship in our console. It is showing on their profile as an abandoned cart. I logged into our PayPal activity and the payment is showing as processed transaction Transaction ID: 8RN548079S966102P. We've not heard back on the order above which we went ahead and shipped and just need to get the payment reflected. However this second order is an international order so we are unable to ship this until we can print an invoice for customs. Please help us get this fixed and we need to find what kind of glitch is causing this.......

It appears that the PayPal IPN service is currently unavailable.

You can login to your PayPal account and see the "Bad Request" error in the PayPal system - I am sure PayPal is working to remedy the situation on their end. Here is how you can see the error:

1 Login to your PayPal account.
2 Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
3 Click Notifications under "Profile" on the left of the page.
4 Click Update next to "Instant payment notifications."

Next you will see an error page. You may want to contact PayPal support for further assistance with this.

aloha!
When I click the "update" next to "Instant payment notifications" I just get a screen that shows that IPN is enabled. There is no error page showing. We are not having issues with the payments processing and us receiving them in PayPal. The transaction is processing and the money is delivered to us however this is not communicating to our AllProWebTools console to generate the order....one order has a blank order with no items and just a total with "no payment has been received" and the other order is showing as an abandoned cart....I will call PayPal now.

Just got off the phone with PayPal customer service...they double checked and ran through all the settings on their end and also checked that our IPN is enabled to receive messages. We are receiving the IPN messages to our email (including the two that are missing from our AllPro console) and in our activity of payments the transactions are showing as completed. PayPal says this is not an issue on their end that it is an issue with our website/shopping cart software. The screenshots are above in the message thread but the two transactions that we received the IPN notification, are showing as completed transactions in our PayPal "activity", payment has been charged to the customer's card however the orders have not generated in our AllProWebTools console are:
June 14th PayPal Transaction ID: 4R6509212Y218864Y
Buyer ID 27360
Shows a blank order with no items, just total of $70.80 and message "amount still owed"

July 5th PayPal Transaction ID: 8RN548079S966102P
Buyer ID 34702
Order is showing as an abandoned cart

The missing data in order# 45328 has been updated - you should now be able to process the order.

The missing data in order# 45791 (the International order) has been updated - you should now be able to process the order.

I will continue to do research to address the cause of this issue...

thank you! We just need to get the invoice for order 45791 to reflect the shipping charge in the total. The payment received was for $466.70 but the invoice shows a total of $409.60...which is just for the product and we need to order total to also reflect the $57.10 with total of $466.70
