We ran into an issue this morning. Buyer 18631 has been ordering since 2016. He has always been charged international shipping rates to Canada which you will see on his past orders. Somehow since his last order his address on the main profile dropped the "province" and changed the country from "Canada" to "US" so the order he placed today treated his order as if he was shipping to a US address. If you look on his addresses he does have a second address which is exaclt the same except it reflects the Province and Country in Canada. We are going to ship his parcel as is, but wanted to make sure we look into the glitch that caused this so that we don't have any more surprises with international orders.
