Password Problem
Tara an admin on my account can not log in to her account. I reset her password and updated it, but can't log in still.

Please verify she is logging in using the correct URL, this is a common mistake.
She will need to login using: http://monicayates1bc.myallprowebtools.com/logmein
You also have the option of resending her Welcome Email which includes her username and URL, you can do this when editing her user account by clicking "Resend Welcome Email"
