Held Orders not showing

Just today, my employees lost the ability to view Held Orders in the View Orders. I can still see them through my administrator-level account. Nothing has changed in their permissions that should have caused them to lose this.

Held Orders are based on the date range on the top of the screen, please check theirs vs. yours and let me know
