End user having trouble paying invoices

I have had 2 clients have difficulty paying our invoices. They are unable to login and have tried resetting the password and still aren't able to login and pay.

Thank you for letting us know. I will make sure we look into this right away.

If you go to the customers CRM page, are you able to "Login as Buyer" and access their account that way?

You can also click on the dropdown menu next to the "Introduce" button and reset your customer's password that way if they are still having difficulties logging in.

The customer CRM is just the contact record in your CRM
