Login not showing up after deploy

I just "deployed" a client but the "login" button has not showed up on the contact card.

When I look into this, I do not see any issues, so I would love to see exactly what you're seeing on your screen. Whenever you have the available time, if you could click on the Support button and start a screenshare, I'd be happy to work with you and figure out what is happening.

I had the chance to look into this a little bit more and realized a screenshare is unnecessary. To view the login button, you will need to edit your user permissions. Since you cannot edit them yourself, you will need another user to login to your console and follow these steps:
  1. Go to Settings->Users and click on your Username to edit your permissions
  2. Go to the tab titled Client Login Permissions
  3. Make sure all the clients you need are checked, or you can simply hit Check All
  4. Remember to hit Save to save your new user settings
  5. Once you have the permission to login to your client, you should be able to view the login button on their CRM record
