Credit Card Processing Down!!!

Starting within the last half hour, the shopping cart system became unable to process credit cards. The credit card info doesn't show up at all when they get to the secure-order-summary.php page. We are also unable to process cards manually through all-pro. Here is what it show both online at the secure-order-summary page and when we choose "Credit Card" as the payment option for manual orders:
