ebay posting error

can't seem to solve this one:

1952 - Posting - Error : XML Error Text: "; nested exception is: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity "rsquo" was referenced, but not declared.".
1952 - Posting - Error : Header "X-EBAY-API-APP-NAME" does not exist.
1952 - Posting - Error : Header "X-EBAY-API-DEV-NAME" does not exist.
1952 - Posting - Error : Header "X-EBAY-API-CERT-NAME" does not exist.

Please provide more details about the error that you are receiving so that we can replicate the issue.

That is in the email that I get from the system when it tried to list this. That is all the information there is. The item ID is 1952.

We get a similar error if there is a weird character in a field, but there isn't anything like that this time around.

It is attempting to list this every hour and sending me the error email.

I found a apostrophe in the SEO product name - I have removed it. Please let me know what happens when it resubmits in an hour.

Yeah I went through and pulled a couple out after i looked up "rsquo"
