no shipping options showing up

I'm trying to create an order but I cannot get shipping to show up. What is going on here?

The shipping address for your customer, Gavin Hayes, does not have a country defined. Please go into the customer's CRM record and update the country in the address field. After you have updated the shipping address, you can create the order and the shipping will be calculated.

A catch for this condition has already been added to AllProWebTools 4.5 which will be released to Beta Testers next week.
