Customers in Israel having page load problems

Hi,
We have a customer in Israel reporting that pages are not loading fully, and payment buttons are not showing up. He reports his friends are having the same issue, and has tried different browsers, computers, and internet connections.

Can you guys use a proxy in Israel to troubleshoot this?

We've double checked everything on our end, and there is nothing we have setup that is actively blocking customers from Israel.

We could look into this more if you can provide us with a screenshot of exactly what your customers are seeing, and what they did to get to that screen.
