Login as buyer option missing

Hi!

The "login as buyer" tab is missing from customer 19338. I need to update her payment details for her autoship. Please help :)

This is caused by a missing password on the account. You can correct this by clicking on the drop down button where it says "introduce" on the top right of the screen. Then select "Reset Password". Then go to the Dashboard screen and then go back into the CRM record for your client and you should now see the "Login as Buyer" button.
