Upload .img file on Product Creation Page

Hi

Problem: Unable to upload gift certificate .img to the Product page.

Action Taken: Cleared cookies on Google Chrome browser. Resized .img file to under 600 px per instructions on product page for uploading images. Tried using Microsoft Edge browser with same results. Tried to upload other pictures (.img) with same results.

Thanks for reporting this. We have replicated your issue and are currently working on a solution.

We have already created an entirely new install for your account and cloned your data to it and the problem is persisting on the new install. We will continue to update you on our progress in this thread.

This issue has been addressed.

We found a missing directory that may have been missed by our Support Team when moving your website when you "went live" with your website.
