resolve cart button

Hi!
The "resolve cart" button on abandoned carts is not working when we are in a customer's individual profile. When you click the shopping cart icon with the arrow nothing happens. However when we go to the dashboard and find the cart and click the button it resolves the cart. Can we get the option to resolve in a customer's profile fixed as scrolling through days of the dashboard to find a cart that needs resolving is not so convenient :) thanks!
