Can you take a look at order 37957 buyer 30573....came through for $0.00, with no address. In the payment details under processor it has "FREE" and there is no authorization code. The order looks to be for one packet of 2oz fruit leather $29 with an alias code applied that should have just given 10% off however it's discounted -$46.40 which is more than order total. I looked in our authorize.net account but not sure what to look for since we have no authorization code or dollar amount for the charge. There is a second order on a completely different profile buyer 30743 that has the same last name as buyer 30573 but trying to figure out if order 37957 is legit and how it processed like this........

It appears that the 2 orders are from 2 different people with the same last name, I do not believe they are related.
Order #37957 looks to be an incomplete order. No payment was made and no address information has been entered. You can void the order and contact the customer and ask if they would like assistance completing their order. Then you can create a new order over the phone.
It is possible that their computer lost internet access in the middle of the transaction, causing the incomplete order.
