orders with glitches

Aloha!

We've had a couple of glitches today with orders:

order 40538 from buyer 13880 processed through with no shipping charge, the shipping fee line is not even showing on the order invoice

order 40483 from buyer 19923 used an alias code for 10% off however it somehow gave more than 10%. The order total is $128 and the code deducted $14.80....realize it's just $2 but if it's a glitch that continues will add up
