Unable to add tags to blog

Hi! We are unable to add any tags to a new blog. We follwed the directions and created the blog post and then went back in to add the tags and when we type tags in that are already created nothing happens. Usually once we start typing the tag a drop down menu of the tags that match the letters typed in appears...now nothing happens

I tried to add some tags to my stories today but the "Add Tag" function on the "Edit Blog Post" page was not responding.

First time that's happened.
