my account customer order history not displaying correctly

Hi! All of our customer "order history" on their my account pages are not displaying/formatting properly for the date in the last three fields...everything is shifted two spaces too far to the right. The attached screenshot is for buyer 31382 however this is happening for every single buyer account. Can you please fix?
