test product displayed on our website?

A curious customer brought to our attention that we have "test product" displayed on our website....no idea where this came from. We were upgraded to 5.7 yesterday and ran into the issue where customers were not being charged for shipping. Level 2 is looking into this...if you could please add this "test product" as another issue for 5.7, it's displaying under our "Noni Pet Solutions" and has no product image or description with a retail value of $1
