Hello,
I already was online regarding this problem about a week and a half ago, and the problem is still persisting and has not been fixed.
When I go to the tab, "Reports," then go to "Sales," then go to "Memberships," the screen appears for 1 second, then the screen takes me back to my log-in page.
The support person and I tried using Chrome and then Firefox, and neither one of these systems worked--the AllProWebTools system continued to knock me out of the system. There has got to be a glitch with the system, and I have not heard back from anyone regarding this issue. See the screenshots in the attachments.
I really need this to be fixed so that I can view this section.

It is now 1:07 p.m. Mountain Time on 7/7/21. The problem still exists. Should I allow more time for the new version 5.72 to take effect?

This is 7/11/21 at 10:09 a.m. Mountain Time. The problem still exists. When I go in to "Reports," then "Sales," then "Memberships," the scren appears for one second then it logs me out of the system. There has to be some glitch that is persisting. Thank you for getting this item resolved, as I do need to get into this section.

The date is 7/11/21 at 10:09 a.m. Mountain Time. The prolem still persists. The page appears for one second, then I am automatically logged out of the system.

You may need to follow this procedure to make sure your computer is using the latest version of our code.
You can do this immediately after logging into your AllProWebTools account and BEFORE you load the membership page.

I did refresh the page after logging in 3 different times using all 3 different methods of refreshing, and unfortunately I am still being logged out immediately after the page appears. You fixed this issue once, but I'm not sure what the impending issue is.

I tried using a different browser, Microsoft Edge, and I refreshed before loading the page, and it works fine now. I think it has something to do with Microsoft Chrome. Thank you.
