Fonts not the same on email vs. web url link

My newsletter is showing discrepancies in the email vs. the "trouble viewing this email" click here URL link at the bottom of the APWT email. The Helvetica font is on the email. A Times Roman or other serif font is showing in the link.

The WEC email seems to have the correct font on the url and in the email: https://www.wecorlando.com/mail-templat ... 4&sendid=2

When we were on the screenshare together, we discovered that you’ve been using Helvetica font for deannasnyder.com email and Arial font for WEC email.

We found out that when you change the font to Arial, the font display properly on the browser.
