Tag quantity error

When we go to settings >import/export and then look at the "tag" section the quantity in the "members" section is not accurate. For example our most for "coupons" it is showing "16,887" when in fact we sent an email to our "coupon" tag just last week and there were only 11,795 showing for the tag in the email system. Also our "Newsletter" tag shows "14,771" when we just sent an email to our "newsletter" tag yesterday and in the email system when we tagged "newsletter" only 9902 tags showed...what's the deal?

Emails cannot be sent to contacts who:

• Do not have an email address
• Have marked your emails as spam
• Have an email address that was typed incorrectly

So are you saying in our "Newsletter" tag we have 4869 people that have invalid emails, no emails or have marked us as spam? Where in the AllProWebTools console can I confirm this and see this list of 4869 people?
