Unable to access scheduled emails

Greetings,
I am able to schedule email however, not able to access the page having all "Schedule Emails" listings.
As I click to view the page, it simply refreshed the page, and when I directly open the link to the Scheduled Emails Page.
It gives me an error message.
"You do not have access to view this screen, ask Scott Cox to add this WebTool to your account. {DMK219}23[410]*65*"
Where do these need to be added? Please share the steps?

I have already been assigned with Admin Role and I can access "Scheduled Emails" for all of the contacts we have. However, only for Social Reach, I am not able to access the "Scheduled Emails" list.

What is the error message that you see?
