For this specific install ID: 4108, I noticed our SMTP settings were lost. I did all the required SMTP settings again on Saturday to send emails out. Can you confirm why these were lost?
Another thing is We are unable to use the "Send Test Email" feature we have for testing our Email Templates. When I send a test email it says, Email sent out but the receiver does not receive the email.
However, when I go to one of the contacts and try to send an email template by using the "New Email" button then it goes out and the receiver receives the email. Why it is happening?
please help with this.

I have already tried the Schedule Email feature too, Emails are not sent out with that too. it is quite urgent to fix. please consider and process my request.

Please try your test email again and you will see more information about how to configure your account so that the email will send succesfully. - AllPro Provider

I'm having the same issue. It said email verify needed...also I have been trying to send schedule and marketing campaign for the last two day and it's sending.
