Email Font Size Not Consistent with Sent Email

I changed the font size of my email from 14px to 16px. The font size in the body of the of email set to Arial 16px, Headers are Arial 18px & 20px.

When I received the email the font sizes are different and inconsistent.

Yesterday, I looked at the HTML code and search to increase size from 14px to 16px. I change all of the 14px to 16px even though in the WISIWIG editor had it at 16 px.

Yesterday, the editor bar was not showing up and I had to log out and/or return to the Dashboard to have it appear again.

I sent your email to my gmail account and then I inspected the font sizes. Here is what I found:

You can see on the right side your email where I highlighted a word and on the left side that the font is set to 16px.
