We've had issues with the download contacts not functioning. The first day the "download contacts" pg 1 delivered an error message that either the page was either having issues or the page had moved. The "download contacts with custom" fields option downloaded a csv file with one line that was all redacted.
We tried again yesterday, we click page 1 and left it and nothing ever loads. We left it attempting to download for 5 hours and still nothing...this seems crazy. I remember last time we tried to do this something similar happened and Dave ended up having to send us direct links the downloads...please advise how to get a page to actually load?
Pg 1 just finally downloaded however we are surprised that the data included in it contains hundreds of contacts that are redacted, how do we just download a file with "active" contacts?
ok we are having trouble again downloading our contact csv files....the only pages that will download are pages 9 thru 16 and all those csv files are blank when you open them?
