Hello, I have integrated APWT with phone.com by following the instructional videos that you have on your site. However, the text campaigns have been massively slow. Now, it seems to be non-functional. I have been unable to send a single text via APWT since 9/14/22. I will like an immediate response with a solution (pls do not respond for the sake of responding because that is what I got the last time).

I logged into your AllProWebTools account and I clicked "New Txt Msg".

After this I typed a test message:

The message was sent and the auto-reply came back.

From this test, it would appear that you are able to send text messages from your account.

I'm glad that you tested it and it worked. I am having issues with sending both individual and mass texts (especially), and the slowness is a serious issue for me as well. So, if there is any step-by-step video specifically for me to follow in order to text correctly, pls share the link. That will be very helpful.

The issue is the massive amount of time it takes to schedule my text campaigns. Attached are images of when I write my message, tag my text campaign, and attempt to schedule the campaign. All simply goes blank.

Thank you for providing screenshots so that we can understand the issue you are encountering.

We have found that this issue is unique to your account because you have over 49,000 CRM records and over 70 tags.

We have implemented some optimizations so that the page now loads in 20 seconds. While the page is loading, it is verifying the number of valid phone numbers that you will be sending to for each tag.

I just want to acknowledge that it is now working a bit better. However, I set up my text campaign for 11 am today with hopes to send out about 250-300 text messages but unfortunately, the system sent just 1 text. Can you look into this? I'm following the videos step by step but it seems to not work as hoped.

From the screenshot that you have provided, it appears that the first text message was sent and the person immediately replied "STOP" to avoid further messages from you.

This being the first message sent (and resulting in a response indicating that the recipient did not want to receive messages from you) is a strong indication that if more text messages are sent on your behalf, more recipients will be upset and possibly complain or possibly levy fines against you from $500 and up to $1,500 per text message sent. AllProWebTools uses a Reputation Scoring System and also throttles text messages sent from new accounts to assist you in avoiding a large number of complaints from your recipients. You are welcome to send another campaign to gradually increase your sender reputation over time. It is important to note that your EMAIL Sending Reputation is completely independent of your Text Messaging Sending Reputation.
