The records indicate that the contacts were added to the campaign at 3:17pm on Sept 23rd and after this the campaign sequences were changed as show in the user activity log below:
Changing the campaign AFTER adding contacts is not advised as it can cause unintended behavior.
We can investigate this issue for you further after you update the password manager with the login information for your Sendgrid account as show in this video:

So the issue was that the emails did not get sent and then it sent the second scheduled group of emails instead and it only sent some of them. I tried to add a password and info for SendGrid. When I hit save, it does not save. Please advise
