Live Support not working

We need help. We've been trying all week to access live support. It says we have 30 mins remaining and it says closing in 41 mins but the button under screenshare says "screenshare not available". So we then try the live chat and input our name and support code and it says "please wait for a site agent to respond..." but no one ever responds....we have posted questions to the forum but our questions are not getting any replies. How can we get this resolved. We just need help answering a few questions, where should we do this forum, live chat and screenshare are not working...

We realize a massive hurricane just went through Florida so maybe this is the reason, hope everyone is ok.

You will see the message "Screenshare Not Available" when all customer service representatives are assisting other customers.

It is suggested to try again at a later time or to start a support chat or post on the forum.

glad everyone is ok. Yes after we kept seeing screenshare unavailable we did start a support chat and waited over an hour and no one ever showed up. We also have multiple posts to the forum that are running a couple of weeks old that have no replies back to....we just are trying to get some help. What do you suggest we try tomorrow morning?
