Campaign Is Not Sending Emails

My email campaign is not sending. It shows that it is active, and the prospecting pool is adding contacts, but the emails are not being sent. I have verified with Sendgrid that everything is set up correctly and test emails are delivered successfully. AllProWebTools has also said that everything is set up properly.
