Hi,

I am having problem using my timecard.

1. It says, "Cannot clock into the past. You have already clocked in today for September 2 2023 11:43 am" even if I didn't clocked in yet.

2. It also does not update the timecard report.

Your manager can go to the main menu and select: Reports -> Labor Reports -> Labor by User. Next, the manager will need to select the date range from Sept 1 - Sept 30 to see the following report:

It is interesting that today is September 3 2023, but your timecard shows that you have been working in the future. You have timecards for September 25 and September 26 which is 3 weeks in the fuiture from today?

Your manager can delete these future timecards from the report page by clicking the red garbage can icon on the right side.
