Lead box error

Whenever an individual inputs their Name and Email address, an error message appears consistently across all lead capture forms.

The error message provides important information that will help us to understand the issue. Please provide the error message or a screenshot.

I was able to successfully fill out the form.

In an effort to further investigate this issue, please try the following experiments and report back with your results:

1 - try loading the page and waiting 5 seconds before you submit the form.
2 - try loading the page in a different web browser and waiting 5 seconds before you submit the form.

Still not able to submit forms.

There may be something specific to your computer that is preventing you from submitting the form. This may not be affecting visitors to your website and may be isolated to your computer. You can try another computer and you may also try submitting the form from your smartphone to further investigate the cause.

Please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing such as a screen recording of the issue so we can assist you further.

I tried it on a different computer and also tried it on my phone.. Still getting the same error.
