Being able to see the Quote History

I am currently working with aa client, and in the quoting process we offered her Pipe and drape but that was out of her budget so we decided to offer attaching the balloon decor to the wall, and now she is saying the venue is ok with free standing, And I would like to show were we offered that option. But since we edited the quote to fit her needs and submitted it as an invoice, I do not have that history. Like if the info was stored on the dash board as an outgoing email where I could reference the changes we made for her.
