Edit/Reorder Manage Tags area in Emails

Under Emails and Manage Tags, can there please be a way to be able to reorder/rearrange the tag list as time goes on? If I add additional things to the list, the a customer may not think to look at the bottom for new additions when everything else toward the top is alphabetical.

Also, I know we can merge tags, but can we be able to delete them?

Hi Jennifer,

When you say the customer may not think to look at the bottom, do you mean you and your users when looking at the tags, or customers to your site?

I have addressed the alphabetical issue on the Mange Tags page, if you could verify that it is alphabetical for you that would be excellent.

The merge tag does delete the one you are merging, so if you had for example:

GroupA

GroupB

and merged GroupA into GroupB

All the people in GroupA would get moved to GroupB and then GroupA would be deleted.

How do you edit the name of a tag?

You can simply click on the existing tag name to edit.
