Report for types of payments received

It'd be helpful to have a report that shows all types of received payments, CC sales, Checks, cash, account credit, etc. That way we can monitor what percentage of sales are happening via CC and charges incurred (estimates without having to look at the merchant statement), and also will allow for employees to count down the cash drawers at the end of the day.
