Editing orders

I would be really helpful to be able to edit an order. People (my customers anyway - a lot of them being brides) change their mind all the time. We require a deposit for an order, so having to void the payment and then create a new order and then re-input that payment info could lead to mistakes - with money, which we all know is a huge no no :-)
