Cleaning up Sales Tax Reporting

I really need Sales Tax reporting to mirror my QB reports where the total amount of sales of each surtax rate are listed in the same line as each amount of surtax collected. It would also be helpful if the sales tax rates were capable of being combined to reduce the quantity of numbers listed that all go together realistically.
