Limit Option for Daily Emails

Is there any way we could include a feature into AllProWebTools which allows the user to choose if they would like set a limit on the amount of daily emails that are sent? As of right now it's very difficult to regulate how many emails are sending out when you have multiple campaigns running and at different points of each campaign. Allowing the user to set a daily send limit if they like will keep domains healthy and prevent them from being blacklisted.
